A Better You For A Better World
The ALCF community is one of the most diverse congregations in Silicon Valley (ethnically, socio-economically and generationally). Effectively communicating with an audience that spans four generations can be challenging. While we want to take advantage of the vast communications tools available, we're careful not to alienate segments of our audience.
In order to keep our mature audience engaged, I designed, produced and printed a bi-monthly newsletter—A Better You For A Better World —whose purpose was to inform the community about news, events and resources.
This newsletter reflects ALCF's new branding and adheres to our style guide that was established when our executive leadership changed.
At the end of 6 months, we decided that it would be more effective to re-introduce announcement videos in our weekend service where attendance is around 900 and all segments of our audience are effectively reached.
