VIDEO PROJECT MANAGEMENT
30th Anniversary Celebration
As ALCF’s project manager, I served alongside Freeman Media, whom ALCF commissioned, to produce our anniversary video that highlighted 30 years of service to the Bay Area. We initially met with the main stakeholder to determine project scope, narrative and deadline. After the initial meeting, I met with Freeman Media to finalize the project scope and narrative, identify interviewees and set into motion a 10-day production schedule. In order to meet that tight deadline and stay within budget, I developed a plan for a one-day shoot, as well as enlisted the assistance of our contracted videographer to shoot b-roll video on the days leading up to the major shoot date. On the back end, I reviewed two scripts before advancing to the editing process which resulted in a final product that was delivered on time and within budget. The video was featured at our 30th anniversary celebration, as well as on our website and social media channels.
